Frederick Walker was great but the overall experience was not. I was not happy that the final disclosure took so long and the last disclosure added points at a crazy price. The day before I closed I was still being asked for things that should have been taken care of long before. Everything was not ready and on the closing date the loan company and title company did not communicate properly. My realtor and I sat after closing for an additional hour and a half waiting to get the keys.

Rates at the time i inquired were very competitive. I enjoyed the simplicity of logging in through web portal and submitting documents and being able to DocuSign most forms. My loan officer was very patient with me and took the time to answer my questions as we moved a long the process. The assigned underwriter for my loan was quick to respond to emails (main line of communication), answered my questions, processed my information once I sent it over and keep me informed.

Kalee and the ladies I worked with in August and September were great. I started this process back in June and I guess employee turnover is real, because my paperwork and sensitive information just sat around until Kalee called.

Kalee was mostly very wonderful. The only reason I gave her less than 5 stars was because she set an expectation of a 2-3 close time with no hassle. Other than Kalee, the whole thing was awful. My loan officer ignored questions, gave me wrong and conflicting information several times. I have to sign about 6 sets of loan disclosures that were different every time. I could say much more, but met the character limit... If you actually want to know, please feel free to contact me.
