Keith was helpful and communicated with us to get to Closing, the issue i had was with Closing. We were delayed AT the closing table for 5 hours because of an oversight on the part of the UW department or Processing department on a simple verification of funds. It added an unnecessary level of stress to an otherwise fairly smooth process. That part was disappointing, however, we got it done. We appreciate the effort the team took to get us thru a tight closing schedule. Thank you.

If there was a category between great and OK I would've chosen that. Working with Fred was great. He has a lot of knowledge and was very eager to share it. It's the administrative people that cause a lot of confusion and there seemed to be a disconnect when it came to them. Additionally, we were contacted by someone new each time. I was never sure who I was dealing with if it wasn't Fred. Maybe you could assign one person as the administrator, like the title companies do.

We started new jobs and didn't have pay stubs yet. Toward the end we were all panicking to get the right information. It turned out that there were a couple of options that we maybe all should have assessed ahead of time (our fault too, but we've never done this before so it is difficult for us to ascertain what various options are). We preferred when documents were elicited through the document management system. At times we were requested docs to send directly and it felt a little confusing because it was less easy to track. As new home buyers and new to getting mortgages, we would have benefited from being walked through all of the expectations (deadlines, etc) because it was unfamiliar territory for us.
