right from day one, i have mentioned about exact seller credits that has to be considered as part of closing costs. Just before one day or closing i realized about $2200 of seller credits were not being used. I was not communicated about this. team had more than 2 months to plan things better to make use of seller credits. If they couldn't do it , they should have atleast communicated with me a week before so that i could have worked out something else with builder.

Would have liked the CD to be released atleast 3 days before closing and balanced - ready to go. Felt like the file was chaotic at times.

The systematic errors on emailing my husband rather than me was very problematic and delayed the loan at least 4-5 days longer than it should have--even this survey was sent to my husband rather than me---or at least give me a survey too. There was an assumption that the husband is the key person in the process, which is not always the case. I made several corrections on the loan amounts early on, but they were not addressed until much later in the loan process and those were done with Nina instead. Other than this, it was a good experience and I was glad to work with your company to resolve my financial situation, and look forward to reducing the interest rate in the not too distant future even further.
