The team from Embrace Home loans was excellent, in terms working behind the scenes to get me and my spouse approved. The realtor in partnership with the organization was very attentive to our requests, provided additional recommendations for best practices as new home owners, and was available for conferencing almost all the time. My only recommendation to the team is to clarify all the possibles that will be included at closing (IE. Property tax). Other than that, great service.

The entire experience was just difficult. Nothing was easy. Communication was very back and forth. Everyone was nice it was just a very crazy experience. I’m sure everyone was just as exhausted as I was by the end.

I felt it was very disjointed. I would send items to the portal and then get emailed that I needed to send it directly to the person. Why have a portal if you are not going to use what the customer uploads? Items sent were not reviewed right away so a week later I am chasing new insurance.
