Joseph was amazing! He was with me through the whole process. Chad sucked sent one email needing documents, then was never informed nothing until Joseph helped out. I emailed Chad numerous things and heard back days later knowing there was a timeframe we were working with. Again Joseph was amazing! Chad not so much- needs to work on communication skills and the people piece. Joseph called me almost every week a few times as needed, never spoke to Chad once!
