Throughout the home buying process Derek was responsive, friendly, and helpful. It was easy to get pre-approvals while I was shopping, and when it was time to buy, Derek was able to help me assemble all the needed documents for underwriting to go smoothly. The one negative comment on the experience was how documents were handled through Docusign. firstly, when working through a document, each time you sign it automatically jumps to the next signature line making it quite annoying to axtually read the important documents I was signing. Secondly, the way that a pile of documents are merged together in docusign forced me to sign them all at once when for several steps of the process one form was needed urgently to proceed and I would have much preferred being able to sign seperately to give due diligence to each document. Merging, all of the documents also resulted in needing to sign duplicate documents anytime there was an update to any one of them again making it didficult to keep track of what is the same and what is different to feel confident I fully understand what I was signing. Finally, with structured systems like docusign, computerized forms make dificult if not impossible for Derek to adjust or evaluate some of the auxillary documents I had concerns about that were not a critical part of the loan approval process. As the only annoying part of my experience with NAF, Derek Martin, and Kim ODell, please pass this feedback along to your DOCUSIGN partners.

These people were very personable and very helpful and they really I think that they really cared the kind of s*** hole I was stuck in. You can't get a lot of people like this all the time to work with you because you know what lot of times they work for themselves to see what kind of a bonus they're going to get and it was around Christmas but these people really pulled me out of the hole thank you and I will consider using you guys again after I pay you off and I will tell the world about how good you guys were to meet and that's the real deal thank you
