I have nothing but good things to say about Chris, every call was answered or returned in a timely manner, he made my wife and I feel heard when we had questions and took the time to explain things. Most of all he was a relatable person and not just another voice on the other end of a call. This is my second mortgage through NAF and I would say I have zero reason to go elsewhere, because of Chris and the team that worked with us on our home.
