I am so happy with my experience here at New American Funding! Leon was always on top of things. Everytime I came to him with an issue he would always try to figure out a solution. During our first phone conversation he let me know what i was likely to be approved for and what programs i could qualify for because i was a first time home buyer and he was right with both of those! The last week before i closed was really stressful and he(as well as my realtor and title manager) kept me calm!

Sam did a fantastic job of explaining everything, and his communication level was adequate. His professionalism was also satisfactory. My issue is with the loan department, with the ones who approve the loan, and the underwriters. Too many requests to verify my current and previous last name. Very inconvenient for a customer to deal with, as I had to provide multiple government ID’s to prove my identify. Never had to deal with this with my previous mortgage company.
