Nate was very accessible and returned our calls quickly. He was reassuring and willing to take the time to answer questions and go over the math with us when we were not sure if it was correct. He was able to help us figure out a way to make things work when there were some challenges with the seller's concessions. He also was able to help us us get a VA loan when others couldn't. He ran several different scenarios to help us choose the best one for us and it didn't ever seem like any question was too small. Thank you Nate!
