Pam was friendly and kind. She answered our questions at all times of the day. She explained and re-explained things to us when we were struggling to understand what was going on or needed. Anthony helps us through all the process of buying my house. 5 years later he also guide us towards the PMI removal. He didn’t get pay to help us about the PMI but he is willing to help out anyway. If we are looking for re-finance or buy another home, I’ll contact Anthony again for sure
