As a title representative in San Diego, I get a unique behind the scenes view of how deeply someone cares for their clients. I know how much heart, care, and personal attention he pours into them. His attention to detail is exceptional. He notices when something feels off, stays ahead of the little things that can become big things, and makes sure his clients feel supported almost like family throughout the entire process. His standard of client care is incredibly high, and I have tremendous respect for the way he advocates for them. This was my wife’s and my first time buying a home. Throughout the entire process, it felt like Joe was always on our side. He made himself available for any questions or concerns we might have. He provided us with several loan options and was able to adjust options based on feedback he received from us. Joe also was creative in putting together a loan package that fit my wife’s and my specific needs.
