The mere fact that we went from ‘Hello’ on Aug 12 to closed with money in hand on Aug 18 is unheard of. Diana said she could potentially deliver our HELOC in two weeks and she beat that by a few days!!! What a pleasure!

Tami is extremely knowledgeable and responsive. It's a big deal to me to have a real, blood-pumping human I can ask when I'm not sure about something. Note: Melissa never answered the phone to me and her out of office emails after hours felt less like her protecting a boundary and more like her discouraging me from reaching out. Just because I send an email when I'm thinking of something or I have time, doesn't mean I expect a response outside business hours. thank you!

Willard was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He always picked up the phone or responded to our emails to help answer every question we had. He kept us updated constantly on the status of our loan and made sure to communicate remaining information needed and next steps. He always had our best interest in mind and worked above and beyond to be able to offer us the best option possible.
