Alex took care of me , he was upfront with everything guided me through a very stressful process but he was there the whole time and helped me out alot a lot with advice , was always an email or phone all away , if I give 100 stars I would , Duc was very helpful as well , again upfront with everything no surprises by time the closing came it was smooth and very easy , these guys both are rock stars and I will come back to refinance and I'm telling all my friends and family about the great experience I had .

Overall, Chris did an amazing job communicating and getting this loan to the finish line. It was very easy to understand where things stood throughout the process. Lisa did a great job as well. However, I would have appreciated better communication between the underwriter and Chris. Since the closing date was already pushed back from the original date, receiving requests for information in a piecemeal fashion was frustrating. Improving this coordination would have made the experience much better.
