When I talked to Rau I told him I was looking for a lender that was willing to answer the phone when clients had concerns and I was looking for a lender wanting to help families regardless of the loan amount and if they weren't ready to create a plan to get them to the finishline in the future. He helped my clients get a dispute removed to move foward, got them approved and then got them DPA on a 4 Bed 2 bath. The transaction went very smooth, he was available to me and my clients when we had questions. Just as I had requested. He will be getting all my business, above all my clients were very happy with Rau.
