Your underwriting dept. needs to be consistent & not harass a person's employer's HR dept. Was not happy with the underwriter at all....I felt he wasn't satisfied until he received responses that He wanted to hear & not what the actual or correct answer was.The first time a couple months earlier....Everything was great! This underwriter the 2nd time around was not very pleasant or customer friendly.
