This was my wife’s and my first time buying a home. Throughout the entire process, it felt like Joe was always on our side. He made himself available for any questions or concerns we might have. He provided us with several loan options and was able to adjust options based on feedback he received from us. Joe also was creative in putting together a loan package that fit my wife’s and my specific needs. The naf site was terrible for uploading and viewing documents. The Mobile version really needs some work. the individuals I worked with were fine and very helpful. Just the mode of trafering doccuments made the process drag.
