Overall, Chris did an amazing job communicating and getting this loan to the finish line. It was very easy to understand where things stood throughout the process. Lisa did a great job as well. However, I would have appreciated better communication between the underwriter and Chris. Since the closing date was already pushed back from the original date, receiving requests for information in a piecemeal fashion was frustrating. Improving this coordination would have made the experience much better.

1.There were underwriter trquests that were confusing to me AND Fidelity Investments, and finally withdrawn. 2. There were more than one math mistakes on final loan papers. Resolved by Totle agent.
