Overall experience with the loan officer and processor was excellent . Eric was very pleasant to work with and very detailed oriented and explained everything very well. Eric and Cristi both worked very hard to get the loan approved . Unfortunately, the Underwriting department was the complete opposite. The underwriting team was disorganized and reactive, waiting until the absolute last minute to request standard documentation. This 'last-second' approach delayed our final approval and, ultimately, our settlement time. What should have been a smooth closing turned into an unacceptable and stressful ordeal. While the individual loan staff worked hard, the internal system/underwriting at this company is fundamentally flawed or at least that part underwriter .

Geoffrey was an exceptional loan officer he represented the company extremely well. if it was not for him and his level of professionalism and customer support I would have ended the process due to the internal procedures that seemed irrelevant to my loan request. A daunting process with unnecessary steps. my applaude Geoffrey for his ability to communicate and making the cline feel "they matter" throughout the process.
