I run a business with income that doesn’t fit neatly into a standard lending checklist, and I got turned down more than once before I found Rhonda. What stood out wasn’t just that she eventually got it done — it’s that she never treated my file like a problem to get rid of. Every time something came back “no,” she went and found the actual reason why, then went looking for the lender or the program where it would work instead. She knows this business inside and out, and she used that knowledge to actually solve problems rather than just relay them back to me. She was also straight with me the whole way through — good news, bad news, exactly what was needed and why. I never once felt like I was being managed instead of helped. As a Realtor we work with various types of lenders for various different reasons and products. No one give the level of service Paul Godbout gives. I trust him so much I sent my own mother to him to help with a loan product. Paul is 6 stars on a 5 star scale all day, any day , every day. Our clients love working with him and his team. We as Realtors feel the same way as our clients.
