Sade was friendly, helpful, always available, always followed through, always supportive and expert in communication. Kim and the underwriting department asked for my documentation one at a time and then took two days in between each time to review again this was very frustrating. It should be one list or a max of two lists of required documentation and then you're done.so much time was wasted on this part of the process.

What made this experience great was having such a supportive team from start to finish. Everyone who helped us look at houses guide us through the loan process, answered our questions and supported us on closing day was wonderful.
