Mallory was wonderful. As a first time home buyer, the loan processing part was very stressful. Not having final numbers and a confirmed closing date until the day before, really is extra stress on the buyer. It felt like there was a lot of following up on my end to get movement. If all documents are in, there really should be a way to have the UW review and confirm a few days prior.
