Mrs. TaShonna was very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. She always answered them in ways that we could understand. Tashonna made the whole loan process easier for us by taking most of the heavy load from us so we could focus more on the house we wanted to buy. She kept us well informed of any changes that happened during this process. There was so much to buying a house that my wife and I were not aware of.
