I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kristen Frye and the experience I had working with her on my home loan! As a first-time home buyer, the loan process felt overwhelming at times, but Kristen was there to guide me through every single step. She never hesitated to answer any of my questions, no matter how big or small, and she was always patient, kind, and understanding. My loan took a little longer to process because of the type of loan I was getting, and Kristen knew how anxious I was throughout the process. When I talked to Rau I told him I was looking for a lender that was willing to answer the phone when clients had concerns and I was looking for a lender wanting to help families regardless of the loan amount and if they weren't ready to create a plan to get them to the finishline in the future. He helped my clients get a dispute removed to move foward, got them approved and then got them DPA on a 4 Bed 2 bath. The transaction went very smooth, he was available to me and my clients when we had questions. Just as I had requested. He will be getting all my business, above all my clients were very happy with Rau.
