kent was absolutely amazing . Any questions I had he was able to answer when I needed to get ahold of him he answered or got back in touch with me when things seemed difficult he helped us thru them I truly believe fate brought us to NAF and specifically Kent Le as our loan officer he is the best Our loan processor April got the job done as well She got us thru underwriting and to closing she could be hard to get ahold of and when timelines are tight that can be frustrating. She probably does have a heavy workload and multiple loans going at the same time All in all the whole team was fantastic and I am extremely grateful to everyone who worked on our mortgage the work they do makes a difference for families I especially want to recognize Kent Le he was straightforward from the first phone call we had and told me exactly what he thought he could help us with I owe that man a huge debt of gratitude .
