Working with Regina Ballard is hands down one of the easiest “yes” decisions we make every time we’re buying. This one wasn’t a simple deal either, it was one of those “this might get tricky” investment loans and somehow she made it feel like a walk in the park. Regina is the perfect mix of knowledgeable, kind, and just the right amount of witty to keep you sane through the process. I never once felt stressed or unsure (which says a lot in the loan world). She handled everything, every detail, every hiccup, every “wait, what does that mean?” moment, before it ever became my problem. There’s a level of confidence that comes from working with someone who truly knows what they’re doing, and Regina brings that every single time. I got to focus on the excitement of the investment instead of worrying about the logistics. I’m beyond grateful we got to work with her again, and there’s no question, we’ll absolutely be back. If you want someone who gets it DONE and keeps you laughing along the way, Regina is your person.

meggan explained every step of the process and made sure we were on the same page. Her whole team was communicatibe and available at all times. There were no surprise costs or issues.

Ryan and Lauren were great to work with. We had gotten all documents that were requested and submuitted way before the closing date, and a few days before Todd wanted more info from out banks with the URL that neither bank could supply so we spent 2 days getting banks documents notarized, did not get final figure until 10 minutes before our bank closes, so I had to get it early Friday am and catch a flight. I was told we would have final docs/figures 3 business days before the closing, we did not.

Debra was great. Fast response, avalable for questions by phone/text/email. the NAF Concierge service on an other hand was useless. Privided wrong information.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for such a great team!! Marcus was amazing and helped me through a difficult time in my life. Truthfully, I cannot praise his competence, skill and compassion towards others enough... he is simply a wonderful person.
