Communication between Zo Cruz and the realtor that was recommended to us by the severice provided by your company. I think the time difference between Ca and Indiana played a hand it it as well. Everything had been smooth right up to the last few days before close and communication at a critical time was difficult. I can't say enough good things about Nicole Walto , when I could not reach Zo , I was able to talk with Nicole and she helped tremendously!
