Great Team. Process was seamless. Stephen and his team were very responsive, patience, and answered many of my questions promptly. Most importantly, their fees were transparent and upfront. Final closing figures were fairly close to beginning estimate (my purchase was a short sale so it took a long time to close, almost 6months). Lastly, their payment system and app is well thought out and is actually very user friendly. I would use Stephen and his team again. Thank you Stephen and team!
