Carrie was extremely helpful and communicative even when the process was slowed and confusing by the processing and underwriting team - I have a little less confidence in the communication and facilitation of progress in the processing and underwriting team - everything was done when it was supposed to be, but not without last minute scrambling and stress that I'm sure less technologically inclined people would have struggled immensely with. for instance, I was asked to resend items tha had been sent multiple times despite them being in the email thread. Also, there were times in which the closing team, real estate agents and myself attenpted to contact the processing team to no avail, and were even informed the day of closing that Tina was out of office...two hours before closing and we had not received a packet or final figures
