Carlton was always accessible, friendly, professional, and helpful. Unfortunately, the week of our closing, when it was getting crunch time, Carlton was away on vacation—something he truly deserves. The issue was not his vacation, but the lack of communication with a representative in his absence. Working with NAF during the final week was one of the most stressful and terrible experiences I have ever had. In addition, the closing attorney couldn't believe how poor the communication was. Carlton has been an absolute joy, but despite his incredible service, I will not use NAF in the future or refer them to anyone I know because of Lena.
