Micah is an absolute joy to work with. When buying my first home I was put in contact with her and never lost touch. I sought her out as a referral to family members and personally reached out to her for a second time…Micah is very detailed oriented and will break barriers to exceed her clients expectations. She is great at juggle multiple steps at a time as well as knowing the fine print of all documentation needed during the entire process. Micah will make sure she can get her clients the best rates and understand what is needed to get the loan processed. I will keep referring and using Micah as my loan officer as long as she’s in the business…I encourage you all to do the same, you will thank me later!!!

Micah and her team are amazing, and they always go out of their way to make for a great customer service experience. We've bought two homes in the area over the past years through her, and I couldn't recommend a better mortgage lender. She answered every question we had, and even highlighted areas that were going to be important in the process. Nothing in the process was left in ambiguity or to question. Her team even uses web services for the documentation which helped move things along a lot more quickly and smoothly. If you want someone that is going to stick with you through the whole process from start to finish this is the team I'd recommend.
