We felt that when dealing with Paul Rhee, we were talked down to. He was very condescending. Trephon however, talked to us as if we were equals and had a way of making us feel comfortable. He listened to our concerns, and explained things to us in laymen's terms. Had Trephon been the only person we were dealing with, our experience would have been a 10.

My wife and I have a student debt from multiple degrees, multiple sources of different kinds of income, and overall atypical applicants. Jose did everything he could to make every accommodation!!! In addition, his institution has incredible rates and low fees!!!

After recovering from a short sale, we didn't think we would be able to buy a house again. Jose made the process effortless. During the qualification process, we encountered a stumbling block with our credit and got denied. Jose tried another approach and made it happen for us. We got approved and have been in our new home for 6 months now. Jose is informative, very timely with responses, and he never misled us. We bought a house within our budget and we couldn't be happier with it. The whole process took very little time and Jose is one of those rare people who still puts a personal touch in business. Highly recommended!!

We had never used our local bank when purchasing a home. Jose was competitive, professional and delivered is promise of closing two weeks early. He is professional, good humored, personable and honest. He responded to calls within 10 min and answered every question and concern we had. I would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a home. We will use him again.

We had a wonderful experience working with Jose on our most recent home loan. He's always available, including nights and weekends. The entire loan process could not have gone any smoother. I'm not planning on purchasing another property in the immediate future, but you can be certain he will be the first person I call when the time comes.
