I had a near impossible loan through write requiring me to not only refinance but to cash out and quit claim an ex-girlfriend off the property in conjunction with refinance. Due to her difficulty there were many times throughout the process I thought it wasn’t going to get done. But it did! Thanks to all of you on the New American lending team.
