I decided to look into refinancing my mortgage early one Saturday morning. I clicked on a website and within the next hour someone called. Chip was very professional but friendly. Of course, I'm hesitant but the process has been very seamless and stress-free! I know the refinancing process can be lengthy but this company made it happen in less than 30 day! And they service their own loans! Closing was arranged very quickly (she was great too)! This has been the best refinancing process ever!
