Chip helped walk me through the process from beginning to middle to end. What I anticipated to be a very stressful process was far from that. He kept me updated along the way and everything was completed within the anticipated time frame. Thankful I won't have to do this again in the near future - but should I, I know I'll be calling Chip!

Chip worked really well with me and was available whenever I needed him to be. He went over all the details of the loan process with me from the beginning to the end and never made me feel as though my question was a dumb question.
