Kaitlyn was fantastic!! Could not have asked for a better loan office and loan experience. First time home buyer and Kaitlyn made this so easy by being very helpful in explaining everything to us so we understood, being easily accessible to us and great at her communication, and for being super quick in everything so we could close as soon as we did.
