From the first time I talked to Eric on the phone, I knew he was our guy. As a first time home buyer we had a great deal of questions. Eric was available and willing to answer any of our concerns at any time of any day. No matter how small our question was, he would take the time to thoroughly provide an explanation as well as make sure we understood. We were on a tight deadline to sign on a new house. Eric worked extremely efficiently to make sure we hit every benchmark of the process well before the due date. We would highly recommend Eric and are very grateful that he was in our corner.
