From the start Paula Ramey made our experience GREAT when we met her in a first-time homebuyer class. For a local succesful lender to spend time volunteering in an educational course spoke volumes about Paula's character. She was knowledgeable and friendly and willing to meet with my and my family in the early days just to brainstorm and talk about what our future could look like. As we started to get more serious- so did Paula and the rest of her team. The application process was smooth and we recieved help whenever we needed it. In the Final stretch Paula and her team made it happen for us- we are now Homeowners in Breckenridge! Clear instructions and expectations helped us meet deadlines, and Paula's responsive and caring team helped to calm our nerves during this endeavor. It is GREAT to sit in my own home and watch my daughter run around and play as she begins to realize this is our new home.
