From the first time I talked to Eric on the phone, I knew he was our guy. As a first time home buyer we had a great deal of questions. Eric was available and willing to answer any of our concerns at any time of any day. No matter how small our question was, he would take the time to thoroughly provide an explanation as well as make sure we understood. We were on a tight deadline to sign on a new house. Great place

I can’t say enough about Michael’s ability. As the listing agent I had a deal fall apart due to a mortgage issue with a different lender days before the closing. I was set to cancel and move on with another offer when Michael called and laid out his aggressive plan to get this back on track for the buyer and close it. On August 6 he took over the file, on August 19 we had a clear to close. Throughout that time he was extremely communicative, thorough, and delivered on his promise to get it closed on time or sooner. I highly recommend Michael for all your lending needs.
