Our lender was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. I liked that NAF Team was always on track and kept me on track. They also provided updates as I went thru entire process which made it very simple to know how much more I needed to get to closing. NAF Team was also very courteous and very detailed when it came to requesting documents from me. They definitely made the process simpler by allowing alternate methods of providing information thru secured portals or other methods. Overall a great experience.
