As a first time homebuyer, I had much to learn/navigate throughout the process… I couldn’t be more grateful then, after meeting with 6+ other lenders (most multiple times, and all with varying degrees of unappreciated pushiness…) to have found Carolina (per a friend’s stellar rec). Her professionalism, resourcefulness, knowledge, and quick, clear communication felt LEAGUES above the rest. I really appreciated how she wasn’t remotely pushy, instead she served as a resource. Green flag. And of course, I was thrilled to learn about a loan program I qualified for through First Citizens that SIGNIFICANTLY beat all the other estimates I’d gone back and forth with other lenders on. She was able to facilitate a very quick turnaround for the loan processing (I’d landed on Carolina a week after going under contract), which my realtor was particularly impressed with! She made it very clear what was needed from me, and was available to answer questions whenever I needed. She even called me during her vacation (in a different time zone, at my requested time) to review my final loan disclosure so I felt comfortable going into my closing 2 days later. Carolina is literally AMAZING, I cannot say enough good things about her and I will continue recommending her to anyone at all who needs a lender. She’s the best.
