She refinanced my mortgage with First Citizens Bank a few years ago; when I contacted her urgently on a recent Sunday morning to get the payoff for the mortgage before the closing on my house the next day, she forwarded me the information that the closing attorney had been unsuccessfully trying to get every day the week before.
