Brandy was patient, very thorough in her explanations, accessible and timely in and with her explanations. It was a very long process as a short sale and as a new homeowner, I had lots of questions and needed guidance. She took the time to make sure I understood what was needed from me and broke it down when I didn't understand specific terms. All and all, I would 100% recommend Brandy.
