I'm the realtor for the buyer. The buyer notified me A WEEK before closing that they had received the Clear to Close. That was by far the earliest I have ever had a client get it. Usually it's a day or two before closing! The closing was quick and smooth, and Bob was great at replying back to me whenever I emailed him, which was not very often since everything went so smoothly!
