Jeanette was very knowledgeable in the home buying process. She kept me well informed at all times so I always knew what to expect and what to be prepared for. I knew going into the process that I had a few credit challenges but Jeanette never made me feel bad and provided clear directions on how to fix my issues to move forward with getting approval for a loan. Prior to speaking to her, I talked to a few other loan officers who didn't want to even bother until the credit was already fixed. Jeanette gave great advice and direction- everything she said to do, I did and I got my approval!!! Even after her job was done, she still stayed in contact to ensure I was comfortable and to ensure me she was still there to answer any questions. She even communicated with the sellers agent to ensure that I was doing everything possible to close on the loan due to lack of communication with the realtor and didnt want me to miss out. She didnt have to do that but she knew how much I loved and wanted the house. Jeanette truly cares about her clients. She isn't just there to take down your information and pass you on once her job is completed. She is there from beginning to end and even after! When it's time to refiance I will be definitely calling Jeanette!!!!
