Aaron was so kind and helpful. He has made this experience as easy as possible for a new home buyer who had no clue where to start. His help and guidance has made this process so easy and convenient to me. It may be his voice and experience but he made me feel heard when i had any doubts. This may be from my perspective but this felt like a genuine personal experience. Almost like a dad helping his daughter with her first step towards independence. You may not understand but that is the most accurate on how the experience felt. However, we will still be in touch for future refinancing. Aaron, if you somehow see this review... Dave was exceptional to work with. He was always accessible to me. I've never had a loan run this smoothly. They walked me through the entire process step by step and sometimes would answer the same questions over and over until I understood it. My realtor was even saying the other day that she hasn't ever seen a loan officer work that well with people. She's keeping his information for future reference and clients that might need it. Janelle was great too. Very friendly as well. Will highly recommend to others.
