Joe was very accessible to answer any questions we may of had. He just didn't email us. Joe would call us. That's one thing that Sarah lacked. She just sent emails. She would send my husband emails and me some. We didn't know what was going on at all times. Then, we got our date for closing pushed out. She didn't tell us we needed all bills and addresses for those bills. Then she went on vacation without telling us our closing time and date. This process was probably the most stressful ordeal we have ever went through. The stress was unbearable. Joe, thank you for always being accessible for any questions we both had.

With Joe we got right up front answers . With Sarah it was very inconsistent emailing answers to the other party not given us the full information we needed to get done . We actually had to put off a closing do to her not given us the proper information. We was happy with joe and the people at customer service.
