Better communication first house we ever bought weren't sure how to navigate all this stuff Heather kept us informed but the people in Scottsdale Dina not sure of her last name made me feel like an idiot but from the way I understand it we had to use this lady Dina cuz the seller wanted to use them was not happy with them but Heather and her team absolutely made me feel very comfortable and would recommend them to be used again for my family and friends ??

This was a scary process because it is one of the largest purchases people will make in their lives. It was my first time buying a home. I worked directly with Conrado Perez. He was very knowledgeable about the loans and what I needed to do to qualify for what I wanted. If he didn't know, he would find out. Conrado left no question unanswered. He took the time to review and go over each line item on my documents. Lastly, he was very responsive whenever I contacted him. I truly believe that a customer will become a lifelong customer when all the T's are crossed and the I's are dotted and Conrado definitely made that happen. In the end process, I had no questions because he had explained everything to me. Thank you!
