Stefen was never pushy and always made himself available to answer questions and offer assistance. We technically found another company just a hair less on the interest % but they were pushy and less than enthusiastic to answer questions. Stefen kept a positive attitude the whole time, I'll always choose a good attitude and pleasant to work with over a few dollars.
