In responding to the first 2 panels of this survey: advice and communications; service and support I was unable to 'freeze' the 1st 4 choices to select my choice, BEST, in both. This reverse mortgage, initiated by Sean, was the ideal way for us to benefit from the equity in our home in Sonoma, CA. We will definitely spread the word about Sean, NAF and mortgages to friends seeking help in choosing a company to work with.

Nate was very accessible and returned our calls quickly. He was reassuring and willing to take the time to answer questions and go over the math with us when we were not sure. He was able to help us figure out a way to make things work when there were some challenges.

Kathy was great absolutley no complaints. However, the communication between the loan processor and myself was lacking significantly. I was not made aware of difficulties they were having with my credit union and failed to involve me timely. This resulted in (1) missing the projected closing, (2) my rate-lock expiring, and (3) a significant number of points being added to my closing disclosure with absolutely no communication. While Kathy worked hard to get this remedied, i was incredibly frustrated by the lack of communication with the loan processor and they way in which the process played out.
