Jonathan stayed consistent with me in the process. We worked together for a year to get my score and profile where it needed to be for approval. Anytime I called, he answered and was always pleasant. He calmed my anxiety by providing a wealth of knowledge and information that helped me think through difficult situations. Finally, he got us to closing in a timely manner! I thought we would have to move the closing date, but Johnathan and his team worked around the clock to make sure we closed on time!
