This was my first time working with Blake and I will certainly make him my lead loan officer going forward. I've worked with several loan officers across several companies for nearly two decades. Blake is hands down one of the most timely, customer centric, and creative when needed. We did run into issues with our appraisal and underwriting team which I hope will be resolved by NAF going forward but Blake did a great job getting things quickly back on track and ensuring we closed on our updated committed date. I look forward to working with Blake on many more transactions.
